GENERAL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove passenger seat

2. Remove bolt that holds down the driver's seat

3. Place supplied bracket over existing hole or holes and reinstall bolt or bolts

4. Reinstall passenger seat(may be tight at first)

5. Slide backrest into the installed bracket
