Great customer service, good price, and well made product. Unfortunately the wrong bracket was sent on the first delivery, but Grasshopper sent me the correct bracket. Easy install.
Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is I ordered one with the pocket. The pocket does not have a flap or zipper to close it. Rain, dirt etc. keeps getting in mine. I carry a few small items in the pocket that water is not a good thing. Over all well made product

This backrest cost 75% less then a Polaris unit, it's simple to install, simple in design and works great

I just rode with my new backrest and I couldn't believe the difference it made in my ride. My back didn't hurt and I felt more relax. This is a great alternative to buying it from Victory (which over charges for everything)! Thanks a lot for making a great product and making it affordable.

I waited until after I got over a thousand miles to give my review. I couldn't be more satisfied with this backrest. I love how easy it was it install and how easy it is to put on and take off my cycle. It hits your lower back in just the right place. I've had other backrests on different cycle, but this one is by far the best on for the money I've ever came across. Quality product for a great price.

I purchased this for my husband. I have a comfy seat built into the trunk, and he had no backrest. It was expensive to order from Victory site. I found this site and read the reviews and thought I would try it.
Like people said, it is easy to install and it work! Hubby is comfy and that makes me happy. I didn't break the bank either! Thanks for making a great product at a nice price!

I needed to get mine modified,,took it to a friends machine shop . Had him put 2 90 degree bends in the base of the upright which shoved the pad forward about 3/4 of a inch. Now it hits right in the small of my back. Gave it an hour test ride last night, I like it.
