VICTORY KINGPIN PASSENGER BACKREST

This is a very well-built backrest. Quite comfortable, or so my wife says. I searched for days for a custom-built backrest over the Victory-made one, and alas, I landed here on this site. As someone else reviewed, it has the same or better quality as units selling at three times the cost. But above all, the customer service was out of this world. I dealt with Lonnie when hoping to receive the backrest by a certain day. He had it out the next day and was in touch to make sure I received it on time. I can't rate this company and product high enough.

Well built, sturdy, and fit perfectly. The only possible hit is the way the material is folded under and stapled. Not as neat and clean as the rest of the backrest at the bottom. Nothing seriously wrong with the way it's done it looks fine, but just not quite up to the same standard as the rest of the backrest which has the same or better quality as units selling at three times the cost.
