YAMAHA VENTURE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove drivers seat exposing two bolts holding passenger seat
2. Remove bolts and place supplied bracket over holes and install using supplied bolts.
3.Reinstall drivers seat
4. Slide backrest into sleeve and enjoy!
(If upright is loose place one piece of electrical tape on tongue and reinsert)

Very Pleased
The backrest was all that they said it would be. Easy to install and solid. However I ordered and paid for one with a pocket but received one without the pocket. Sent an email but haven't heard back from the company yet.
