Honda VTX C Backrest Installation

1. Remove seat
2. Flip seat over remove two bolts from under driver seat, separating the two seats
3. Remove nuts holding passenger mounting bracket
4. Place supplied bracket over existing bolts, weld side facing seat and reinstall bracket
5. Reconnect two seats
7. Reinstall seat
6. Slide backrest into the installed bracket and ride safe!

Very Nice Backrest
Just got it a couple days ago. Arrived 3 business days after I ordered it. Emailed a question about the backrest before I ordered, and Lonnie immediately responded. Very good customer service. I've only gotten to ride about 60 miles so far with the backrest, but it looks great and feels great. Very easy to install, and the vinyl matches the leather grain of the seat very well. I especially love having the quick release, I can remove or replace the backrest in 2 seconds. Highly recommend.
