    YAMAHA 1600/1700 ROADSTAR backrest

This is my first backrest on a bike and it provides nice support. The stock seat does not have much rise to the passenger seat so the support is a nice addition to an already comfortable ride. The bracket is installed in minutes with ease. The backrest is easily installed and removed as desired. The silver studs match the factory studs on the seat and passenger pad. Overall nicely designed and built well.

    Yamaha 1700 backrest

Easy to install had to adjust it a few times to get it I the right spot. When it wasn't pushed against the passenger seat, it felt like it would bend (the only reason for the 4 star but I'm also a big guy) so I ended up pushing all the way back. Rode about 400 miles this weekend and it was a great improvement from not having one.
