2004-Up
1. Remove passenger seat
2. Flip passenger seat over exposing two bolts remove
nuts and place supplied bracket down as shown

3. reinstall nuts tighten and then reinstall passenger seat
5. Slide backrest into the installed bracket
6. Ride Safe!

Worth every penny!
I never thought a backrest would make such a huge impact on my bike. I feel more secure when I hit the throttle and if you ride a Warrior you know it will throw you back. Build quality is great. This back rest surprisingly, doesn't stick out and ruin the natural lines of the bike, like so many others do. I wish I had order this years ago. There are other things you can spend 100 dollars on but none of them will be worth as much as this in the long run!
