Yamaha 650 Backrest Installation Instructions
1. Remove passenger seat
2. Remove one or two bolts holding driver seat down
3. Place supplied bracket over existing holes and reinstall
passenger bracket
4. Reinstall passenger seat (may be tight at first)
5. Slide backrest into the installed bracket (if upright is loose place a wrap of electrical tape around the tongue and reinsert)

Installation was quick and simple, and everything lined up beautifully. The materials used appear to be heavy duty, which means it should last a LONG time. My congratulation to Grasshopper Ltd. and especially Lonnie for providing a high quality, seemingly durable product for a reasonable price. Also, I will commend this company on its choice of shipping. The seat was ordered on a Thursday and it arrived in Canada (1,000 KM - 650 Miles) on Monday. WOW!!!
